A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees has been called for Friday, April 20, 2012.

The Special Meeting will be held at the riverside patio area of the condominium complex.

The meeting is scheduled to commence promptly at 7 pm.

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

1) Awarding a contract for architectural services to draft sealed plans for the common patio deck footings which are being required by the Borough of Sea Bright Building Department in order for that department to issue a decking permit. – Once the permit is obtained the deck should be completed shortly thereafter.

2) Revising the Board’s Approval for Re-Pointing Work to reflect changes made to the original proposal by the Association’s engineer. - The Engineer and the Contractor agree that substantial additional work over what was originally envisioned is necessary for the southern and northern walls of the buildings. This work will increase the originally awarded contract of $66,770.00 to a new total of $ 89,624.00. Once the revision to the re- pointing contract is approved the work will commence immediately.

3) In order to pay for the increase in the re-pointing project, there will be a need to assess the community for the additional installment. The Board will therefore vote to add a third payment to the existing re-pointing assessment to cover the remaining balance of the work. This third payment will be due in the month of July. You will receive a coupon indicating your payment.

As this is a Special Meeting, being conducted solely for the consideration of the above items, no other topics will be discussed at that time.

The meeting is expected to last a total of five minutes.
